I have my daughter's phone set to the 17+ setting in the parental controls. Up until today she had no problem accessing Facebook. However, now when she tries she gets a message saying the site is filtered by Verizon Wireless content filters. I do not want to remove the filter altogether, I just want to know why she can't get on Facebook all of a sudden?

Setting Usage Controls to the 17+ Settings prevents crude language, graphic violence, sexual situations, criminal activity, drug abuse, sexual situations without nudity or themes that may not be appropriate for younger youth. This setting may prevent access to Facebook if there is inappropriate content that fall in the categories mentioned.
