Hey, all. I am trying to use my yahoo messenger on my ENV3, and it keeps telling me I have entered either an incorrect username and/or password. I know that it seems like the solution would be obvious. However, I know that I am absolutely entering the correct information, so how can I get this to work for me? Any suggestions? I'm getting completely irritated and don't know what else to do.
Ok, I believe this is the issue. I may be corrected but you can try this:
When you type in your Username, is it showing as all capital letters?
If so, then you will need to hit the shift key once and then enter your password. This should make it all lowercase for you, unfortunately you cannot tell because it shows all stars. If you do have an uppercase letter in your password then just hit shift once again, hit your letter, hit shift again to go back to lowercase.
I believe I heard this was the issue with the LG phones.
