wierd veriz txts & my visual voice mai not working

I have been getting these weird txt messages which I think are from Veriz:

AND at the same time my visual voice mail is not working - it will not load

[vzw_customer_support]

I would be wondering what this weird text is too, Msm72. I am sure I can help. Are you getting these messages when you get a voicemail? Can you please tell me more? AmberF_VZW
