Notice my daughters phone bill that there is a numbers that was called or called her and they are 0000000086 and 0000000046 and numerous text sent and recived from her and to this number 0000006245 what are they and who are they from and to

The number that ends in 86 represents a call to voice mail (*86).  The other records look like text messaging to/from an Instant Messenger program.

Correct. Whenever you send and receive calls/messages that are not typical domestic US numbers, they can be interpreted In VZW billing system with preceding 0's. I would determined if the 000006245 and 46 are in your call list or text detail list. Depending on which it is on, will tell you if it's the instant messenger or anything else.

Messages to and from 0000006245 are being sent from www.vtext.com   Appears that anybody can use this source
