My Samsung illusion had a water incident. I pulled the battery and put it in a bag with rice. Left it for about 12 hrs. Put it back together and it worked great. However, about 12 hrs later screen was blinking sporadically and flats a messages about "reboot" I didn't get the whole message and am wondering what can I do to save my phone???

I am so sorry to hear about your phone as we always want you to have the best device experience. Devices can be very unpredictable when liquid damage has occured. Do you have insurance on the device?

Depending on what was in the water, the hardware is probably rusted and corroded. Insurance would be my first choice...if you have it. Secondly would be a local repair facility or Samsung directly.
