as of 1-1-2010 text message date stamp is now 2016 with no time stamp.
all messages received come in with the right month and day but year is coming in as 2016. and there is no time of day.
Researched internet and found that there is a bug having to do with the binary number associated with 2010 --it equals 2016
I was wondering if Verizon has an update to fix it
This appears to be a handset rather than a service provider problem.
