I need to see the actual text messages sent and received from my daughters phone which is part of my account without her knowing. How do I do this? Is there some sort of "freedom of information" paperwork I can fill out and verizon has to give me the transcripts?

No there is not. being able to read the text is like Monitoring Voice calls. Can't due it without a court order.
