this question has several parts:
in clearing up some deception on the part of some teenagers, and as a parent trying to stay ahead of them...
can a cell # be fowarded to another cell phone, then be deactivated (non-payment) and that # continue the fwd to other phone?
if returning calls from the fwd # (on someone else's phone) what # shows on caller id? physical phone or the deactivated fwd 'd #?
in regards to texting, same question.
