My Galaxy 6S edge just recently did an update and now I cannot send text messages when connected to wifi. Solution?

Help is here! Making sure you can send texts while connected to wifi is really important. A software update is supposed to enhance your phone, not hinder it. Let’s work together to get your texts to send. You’re using the Verizon Messages app, correct? Have you been able to make sure that the Verizon Messages app is up to date in the Google Play Store? If the Verizon Messages app is updated, have you been able to turn your phone completely off for a minute & back on to test the texts?
