To see the phone numbers that were messaged or phone numbers that messaged the phone you would log into your Verizon account. There is a link that is called Current Usage, click that. Just go to data and view the details. There is only so many months that you can go back though. If you are finding the month not available on your online account, give customer care a call. You cannot actually see the content (what is said in the messages) online. Unless of course you were to geta subpoena.
How do you get a Subpoena?
Each court has its own steps to get a subpoena. You can get a subpoena in person at the courthouse or sometimes by mail. There is a fee. Talk to your court administrator to learn their steps.
Usually, you will need the following information:
- court file number
- names of parties in the case
- name of person requesting subpoena(s) with their phone number
- purpose of the subpoena:
- witness to appear at hearing/trial or deposition with the date and time
- production of documents - a copy of the Notice of Taking Deposition and proof of service on all parties in the case
- name of assigned Judge (if known)
- number of subpoenas you need
- subpoena fee
(if you cannot afford to pay the fee, you may qualify for a fee waiver)

This quoted from Verizon's FAQ's on testing:
Can I view and/or print my text messaging content?
- Users who login to the Verizon Wireless text messaging website to send/receive text messages can view/print content and corresponding replies for 120 hours after the original message is sent.
- Messages sent from or received on your device cannot be viewed in any other medium. You can, however, forward text messages to an email address, and then view/print them just like any other email.
- Text messaging content is not available through My Verizon.

Is this true I did not think you could view text content unless with subpoena??
If a subpoena is granted can you get text content from old deleted text for any time frame. or just current undeleted text content?

Is this true I did not think you could view text content unless with subpoena?? Only if you use vtext.com to send / receive texts, and only for a few days....if you are simply using your phone for texting, then you would need a subpoena to get the content.
If a subpoena is granted can you get text content from old deleted text for any time frame. or just current undeleted text content? The time frame is very short, a matter of days. And it doesn't matter if it's deleted on the phone or not, if the content is available on the servers, with a proper subpoena, it's obtainable. Again, the time frame for this is very short.

If they are still on the phone resend them to an E-Mail address, If deleted it will take a court order to Verizon Legal Dept.

If the text was sent phone to phone the only way to view the content is on the phone itself. Mary
