what is the web address to the online album so i can access my pics on my laptop

One way to get there is to go to http://picture.vzw.com/ and sign in with your My Verizon log in.

Another is to log in to your MyVerizon account, and then go to Messaging>>Picture and Video>>Manage Photo albums.

I use vzwpix.com

Budone is also right - http://www.vzwpix.com works just as well - better in some cases!
