I am a former Alltel customer, recently converted over to Verizon.  My phone is not picture capable, so people send me pictures via http://mymedia.axcess.net/photo.  I have to enter my ten digit phone number (2523399559) and a code that is sent with the picture message to my phone.  When I select sign in, the number I entered changes to 23399559 and I get an error message that there is no message available.  Any idea why the number changes as it does?  Thanks!

I would confirm with Verizon. But I would make an educated guess that the first number is your MTN  and the second is your MDN

One is the number you use

The other is what a provider reads and keep track in there system (Thank you Number Portablity)
