I've had mobile IM for a long time.... i reset my phone by takin the battery out... and even *228... then also turned off my phone and waited and turned back on..... i keep gettin an ( unknown error (3) )...i go into messaging..... then click on mobile IM and immediately get the unknown error (3).. can anyone help??

Sounds like a programing issue. I am not aware of the possiblity but can you delte / remove the program and redownload

there is only one way i know how to get the mobile IM and thats through messages... when i click on it... i get the same error.. is there another way to get into it to delete the program?

I would go take a look in the get it now apps to see if there a free download to replace it. I doubt it, but I have seen it in there before once but never again, and do not know why. However I would not think twice to replace it. I looked at my app and can't find how to remove it, and re-install it to be honest. You can reset the app, but that is only after you signed in. I would soft reset the phone actually and see if that has any effect on it as well.
