how do i download the app if i don't have the phone i have been locked out of my phone and cant get back in because the google ply is so old
BRIGOR84, we always want you to have options to get the assistance you need. We do want to help in any way we can. If you are locked out of your current phone, then there is no way to something installed in it.
It sounds like you are trying to get a security pin or text from Google to access your phone. If this is the case, then you may need to activate a spare phone on your line to get that message needed. Please tells us what you need help with if that is not the case.
