I want a copy of the cell phone numbers my husband is texting to and from... I don't have the account password - can I call and have Verizon mail it to my address?
The simplest way would be to look at his phone, or ask him - but it doesn't sound like that's an option.
The only way to get that information by calling Verizon is if you are an authorized manager on the account. If you are, then your username and password would allow you to see that information online, or Verizon will send you a detailed copy of the bill for a fee. However, the detailed bill only gives voice call information, not text - texting details, I think, are only viewable online and only for the previous 3 months. If you are not an authorized person on the account, the information is not available to you.
