all my pictures and music are on my memory card. I went to tools and settings, and made sure media sync mode was opted, and it connected fine. All the camera shows are my music none of my pictures. I see the pictures on my phone and I even tried to transfer them from the memory back to the phone and that didn't work so what am I doing wrong? I really would like to save these pictures to my computer so please help.
when it says connected at the bottom there are two choices MyMusic and Cancel...opening the foler up in my computer or autoplay and selecting "open device to view files" again only my music is there no pics. These are the files that show up on my phone:
Album Folder (muisc is in there too; Long Road Out of Eden Disc 2 The Eagles.alb)
Music Folder (the wma's are here)
DevIcon.fil
DevLogo.fil
WMPInfo.xml
Those are the only files it shows. HELP???

Let me give you the solution. You need to go into usb mass storage mode to access the files in question.It is located under tools and settings then tools, then USB Mass Storage. Once you activate i, open up my computer on PC and there will be another drive. That drive is your phone. You can then open up ALL the folders and move the files you want to move.
Hopefully you will find this solution better than the first since there is a send file limit
{keep it courteous}
