Jacnol30, having the ability to manage the contacts and other information on your account is key. Let’s work together to see what options we have for managing/viewing contacts online. The registered line can see contacts when backed up through our Verizon Cloud/Backup Assistant applications on the device. If you’re unsure if you have the application, we can get those steps for you to check. What’s the make/model of your phone? Is the user currently registered for My Verizon?
