My conversations in the Verizon messages app keep muting on their own without me muting them and I need to get this issue resolved so my conversations stop automatically muting on their own. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm here to help! I want to make sure that your messages are not muted, as I can see you may be missing out on important information. Allow me to start by collecting some pieces to this puzzle. When did this problem start to happen? Do you have the most updated Verizon Messages+ app on your phone? Around the time you realized the muting was doing it by itself, did you make any recent changes to your device? What make & model phone are you using?
