I tried uninstalling it from the play store and "updating" from there as well but the app still won't work. Any suggestions?

I have tried unstalling and restalling the app many times, restarted my phone, and even cleared my cache and data. Still not working. Not happy🤬

vfoxworth We certainly want you to be able to use your Message+. Have you been able to use it at your current location before (indoors/outdoors)? Are you able to use the native message app? Are you able to use other features such as (calls and data)? DoloresK_VZW

I am sorry that you are having issues with your Message + app . It is important to stay in touch via Message + app. Let me see what's going on and get this issue resolved.
