Voice mail I want to make permanent

I have a voice mail I have been re-saving for a long time, is there a way I can save it permanent.   I want to upgrade phones if I do will I lose this voice mail?  Thanks

If you want to make it permanent, you can contact CBW for archival services or at 877-244-3222.

If you have Visual Voicemail capability, you can save the voicemail  to your phone in My Sounds.

If you upgrade to a new phone, you will not lose your voicemails that are still in the system.
