Viewing Flix Pix

Got a text that said I got a flix message. It stated I needed to go to VZWPIX, follow directions to view it. I cannot access this site, says it does not exist. I did try to go through MYVERIZON and view pictures, but get a message about joining "the cloud" I've done this repeatedly and get nowhere.  I do not have a "smartphone" so I'm assuming the message is a video that I'm receiving.  What am I doing wrong?  Or is the FLIX thing a scam/farce?

Thanks for reaching out! This normally happens when a picture message is sent to nonpicture device. You can go to www.verizonwireless.com/picture then use your My verizon login info. It will be under messages at the top menu navigation.

except there is no message box at the top of the screen that appears....
