Appears to be Android related as my iPad Message+ app is working fine.
Also, my desktop app continues to work fine as well, so those of you who need it should use the desktop app or log into the web site browser app to access Message+.
Just my Droid Turbo 2 app fails to open, but it gives the option to SEND FEEDBACK which EVERYBODY SHOULD DO!!! It sends an email along with the system logs to verizonmessages at verizonwireless.com which is the Messaging Team.

Thanks for sharing. I tried calling and was on hold forever. Then I tried the "live" chat and no one responded there either. I gues they are swamped!!

I have sent feedback but wanted to chime in here in case a reply comes around. I'm on the Galaxy s9 and the app won't open at all. I cleared the cache and it worked for a message and then started crashing again.

Any advice on an alternate apps? Would love to get away from Verizon's non-working CrApp.

Is the built-in message app available to you? That's what I ended up using.

Same here. Google Pixel 3 XL. Updated this afternoon and hasn't worked since.
