Verizon messages crashed 3 several times despite reboot, clean cache, and reinstall 3 times . Help @

I apologize that you had to go through this with our Verizon Messages+ application. We did have an outage two days ago when you sent your message here on the community board. Everything should be up and running. Have you checked? Are you still having issues?
