Uploading Photos Via USB cord?

I purchased the USB cord compatible with my RIVAL phone with the intention of uploading photos I have taken with my phone to my PC hard drive.  This way, I can save on sending PIX messages to myself and still get the phone pix onto my PC hard drive so can edit and share them, etc.

The USB cord and phone drivers seemed to install themselves properly on my PC, but so fo far the only folder in my phone that I can open via my PC is for Vcast/Rhapsody music.  Why can't I see my photos?  Does this cord only transmit audio files, or am I doing something wrong?

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.  I have a whole vacation's worth or pix waiting to be shared with my friends!

Are you connecting the phone to the computer and then setting the phone on USB mode? This will make your phone's memory show under "My Computer" as an aditional letter just like you would see your computers C: drive.

If you don't know what I'm talking about the follow this instructions:

1. In your computer open "My Computer" by going to the start menu and clicking "My Computer"...

2. Connect your phone to the computer via USB Cable.

3. Go to main menu on phone by pressing OK

4. Go to Settings & Tools

5. Click on Tools

6. Click on USB Mass Storage.
