I have the LG enV2 and M2M NATIONAL UNLIMITED, UNL TEXT MESSAGING, UNL NIGHT & WEEKEND MIN, UNL PICTURE/VIDEO MS.
I have been fine for the last several months, but tonight I am unalbe to send picture messages to anyone, even my family on the same phones. I can send text messages and receive text and picture meassages fine. When I try it connects and the progress bar comes up, but never makes any progress, just asks if I want to try again, which doesn not work. I have 3 bars for EVand 1X
Any thoughts?

Iphonelove is correct. *228 is your best options. I would however remove the battery from the phone first while the phone is on. Then when you turn it back on do *228 option 2. If this does not work Call us at 1-800-922-0204

Also, something that most people do not know is the fact that the " data " part of the network " could " be down. Let me explain further. Most VZW phones that display EV and 1X are dual band phones, which means they operate in two frequency bands. The EV part usually rev0 or revA is your data portion of the network operates in the 1900 mhz band. This band will not allows for voice or text communications period, only for pix messages and web. The 1X side handles voice AND text. It can also double as a data back up connection IF the EV signal is not present. If the EV signal is present, then it will use that to send data. You can force most phones into the 1X mode as well. I would have to look up the steps if anyone is interested for that, but I have seen them posted in another forum before.
This could offer a reason as to why you can text but not do pix messages.
