The Message+ Desktop App Freezes

Hello,

I am using the Message+ desktop app to communicate my friends and the app will sometimes freeze.  I have attempted to force close the program and restart the app, also tried restarting the computer, and also tried uninstalling/re-install the app.  All of these steps have been unsuccessful in solving the problem, is there any suggestions that anyone can provide and help with this issue?  I'm using a Windows 8.1 on my laptop for this.

I have same issue.  Recognize that when you start the desktop app up it's useless for about 5 minutes or until all messages sync.  It's pretty rudimentary but when it works its nice to be able to type the message from a PC rather than on my mobile device. Hopefully Verizon will provide some updates - especially to be able to sync with contacts

Hi Frank that is pretty normal for it to have a start of lag when it is syncing your messages but I'm having issue in general that it freezes during the whole time it is running.
