I am not receiving sound notification when a text message arrives. I am able to enable pop-up notification, and all settings appear to enable audio notification, but so far no positive results.
FKDIII I like to hear alerts when i receive text messages too. We want to see what's causing your Message+ notification sound not to work. Let's work together to get this resolved. When did you stop receiving sound notifications?

My husband and I both have a Samsung Galaxy S7 with Verizon messaging. Notifications work intermittently. I have checked the settings and I have taken the phones to my Verizon representative but it still does not work as intended.
