Text message log always correct?

My text message log for one of my lines shows texts sent and received at odd times of day, and my user claims no knowledge of what is going on.  Is it possible that the times on the log are incorrect?  If so, is there any way to fix it?

Try transposing to different time zones to see if maybe the time zone the text messages are being registered under the opposite side of the country.
