Text message history/retrieval

We are taking someone to court. This person has sent us a number of antagonistic/threatening text messages. Is there a way to access the messages that were sent to me over the last few months? How would I do that? If not through the Verizon website, then can I contact Verizon to get a printout of text messages that have been sent to me from a specific number?

You need a lawyer and hell need a court order to do it. But yes it can be done with those items and talking to verizon legal department.
