Text message delay on itemized bill online

My verizon wireless is not updating with my current usage. The date has not gone past the 7/15/2009 mark. Would i contact VW to find out why it is not updating? The phone calls are but not text msgs.

Normally I would say there is a delay. But that is a bit longer than I have heard in a while. Would call customer care and see how far update they have the text interal. If the same your just going to wait. If they have later have them transfer you to eservices.
