I have just recently set up a verizon account for my teenage daughter and myself.  She has unlimited texting and sends and receives alot of text.  I know on my verizon account online i can monitor how many text she is sending or receiving but what i would like to know is if there is a way to actually view the content of the text messages that she receives or sends?  If so, how do i do it.

Mamacass,

 

 

The only information available via your My Verizon account would be the text details regarding dates, times, destinations, and originations for numbers sent and received from. As far as content, this is not viewable/available from the online account or Customer service. Content is only stored on the device and deleted shortly thereafter within the VZW system.
