Costa Mesa, CA 92627: Haven't had dependable service since last night. Calls dropped, or I could hear but person I called could not hear me. Mysterious messages regarding connections, not finding location, etc. on the phone. Went to Verizon store this morning, they said it was my phone, so I bought a new one! Came home and having all of the same problems. Others in the area also having same issues. I was told some "poles are down" and to be patient. But if service is down, why are we able to text but not make a good call?
