How can I prevent the "Text Online" session from ending?

Being able to message when you need to can be very useful. I know that's important. We're glad to help. The session for this will usually continue as long as you are actively using it. What happens when you try to do so?

Yes there is an option on the main page to stay signed in. I just tried it today so i am not totally sure of it working
Sorry for the confusion here. Did you enable the stay signed in part? If you did, we'll need to test it out and then let us know.
