You can get your package changed to prevent future overages, but a feature change can't be backdated beyond the current bill cycle. Depending on your pay history and any other kinds of previous credits you've recieved, you can ask customer service if they're willing to adjust your account, but it's kind of your responsibility to keep track of what features you currently have active on your account.
