Searching for network

For the past 2 days, Message+ only works on WiFi. If I am not connected to a WiFi network, the app keeps "searching for network" but never connects.  It is version 2.4.5 on an iPhone 7.

We are concerned to hear that you are having trouble with your Message+ service but we will work to get this resolved for you. Was there anything that was happening with your device right before this happened? Any recent software updates or new apps installed?

Hi. Anything to report about fixing this issue?  It's a huge pain to always find a wifi connection so I can get my texts.

Reinds, we don’t see any reported issues regarding the messages. When wifi is turned off, what service do you see at the top of the phone? What zip code are you having trouble in?
