Scheduled messaging removed from Message+

Is the scheduled messaging feature removed from Message+?  I have Version 6.9.1 on a Glaxay S8, but I just tried using it by long pressing the send button, but it just sent the messages immediately, so I just sent these messages way too early.  I can no longer find it the navigation bar either.  I don't use that feature everyday, but I find it very useful.  If it was removed, please reinstate it asap.

Have you sent this issue to the email address on the Play Store listing? That is the contact you should be reaching out to for issues with the application.
