Premium pix message sent help please

I have a pre paid unlimited Verizon plan using an iPhone 11. I recently saw on 3 dates in the last month a premium pix message. Now on the breakdown for days usage it does not show who or where the message is going but it does show the arrow as if I am sending this message myself. Idk how I have this on my phone. Can someone explain to me how a premium pix message works? And how someone could send one from there phone? Also I read about what a premium message is, but is there a difference between a premium message and a premium pix message. Thank you for your help!

I just really want to know if a premium pix message is different from a premium message. And if someone can actually send this from there phone or are premium pix messages something that you only received typically when your signed up for something like for instance Carter’s sales alerts is something I am signed up for and they do come across sometimes with a picture and advertisement for a sale.
