Hey all, hoping I can get an answer to this realitivly basic question. I just got my new phone bill for my new phone. There is a charge for 9.99 for a premium text message. Needless to say I was a bit surprised. I have a 500 text plan and a smart phone. I've only texted a few pictures here and there but never any video. Any one have any idea what that charge is from?

Premium text is usially some type of subscription ie ringtones, or other services.
You subscribed to some type of service... probably unknowingly.. It happens all the time... when people are too quick on certain web pages... You have to slow down and actually READ what you are agreeing toooo ..................
I would call customer Service ASAP and have it blocked.. You might get stuck for the $9.99 this time, but if you have it blocked you wont have it re-occur next month......
