Hello VZ community,
I'm probably beating a dead horse with this issue, but I can't find a definite answer to my inquiry.
I'm currently an AT&T customer using the iPhone and I'm planning switching over to Verizon next week and get the Moto Droid, however, I've came across a small problem (to me it's a problem) with the plans.
My main issue is on AT&T, I pay $20 a month for unlimited texting to any and all networks and $30 for unlimited data, then some other stuff and the bill rounds out to be around $101 and some change total a month, so I'm essentially wondering if there is a Verizon equivalent to that. I really need unlimited messaging to any network and unlimited data, with the lowest possible minutes.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you very much for your reply. Does the select plan offer unlimited texting to any network?
Sorry, I'm just a little skeptical because I'm getting multiple reports from friends that say it's only unlimited if I text to another Verizon customer and I only get 5000 to any network.
Thanks for your time.

Yes, Select plan means unlimited text messaging to anyone on any network in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska
