I use to be able to send and receive pictures on my phone but now all of a sudden I can't do either. I have a Motorola Rival. Can anyone help, please? Thanks so much!!!

Do you have a data block on your line?   This will prevent you from sending and receiving picture messages.

I did block data but it's blocked on all the phones and mine is the only one with problems. I was able to send and receive after I blocked. This just started a couple weeks ago. Thnaks

You can have a data block and still send and receive picutures.  That is how mine is set up so check and make sure they didn't give you the other data block that blocks picture texting also.  Mary

If you have a National Access block, this will block, web access, media center access, and the ability to send/receive picture messages.  If you would only like to block web access, we have a separate web access block for that, its called a web access block.
