People's names not showing up on others phones in group chat even if thethey have them as a contact.

Theres a problem I have discovered where if I create a large group chat only I can see everyones names but for everyone else it just shows their number even if they have that number saved in their phone as a contact.

Does anyone have an answer for this question? I recently upgraded my Verizon Service on my iPhone now group chats read Chat(and a bunch of numbers afterward).

I am using Message + by verizon. Other members are too. I can see everyone's names but other people can only see numbers. How can this be fixed?

Instruct the other members in the group to also save those numbers with the names of those people into their contacts

I can see all of my contacts.  It is my contacts that cannot see each other with the exception of a phone number in the chat.  Therefore, they do not know which coach is responding.
