I have an old Samsung that does not do PIX. I was sent a PIX message, and received a text message telling me to go to vzwpix.com and "follow the directions". I went there, and got a home page, and after searching the site, found only a FAQ on the subject which says essentially that a text message will be sent to the phone telling how to see the PIX. Totally circular logic!!! So, 1) why does verizon have to be so oblique about their web site and services, and 2) how do I get my **bleep** picture?!?

1.) Yeah, I agree, there should be some sort of attention or FAQ on the site for non camera phone users like you who get this message on what to do.
2.) You need to first register for a free username and password at the website, www.vzwpix.com. Once registered and signed in, you'll see the photo that was sent to you.

Ready? On your marks, get set.... Rant!
Whatever axis guy is talking about, I've got no idea, but as far as circular reasoning- they don't get much much more pretzel-like logic than whatever cave it is they are coming up with website design for ol' verizon. Today, like most days I look for an answer online, reveals nothing! It's as though I've entered some sorta war of attrition, where I just keep bouncing around slow-loading pages without answers, getting prompts to re-enter my log in info until I finally get tired and say 'the [edit] with it'. If you need to access from your phone, good luck- the info you think you want is buried a mile down the page, and by the time it loads, you probably wont even remember what you set out looking for.
Booooo!! A big fat two thumbs down for verizon's clunky-**bleep** website. Booo!!!!
Whew..... okay I'm done.... and yeah, a little better thanks.

Stizzar: Maybe you should send your feedback online to the powers that be as constructive criticism?
