i was just wondering if the Online Album counted as MB when you accessed it from a phone. thank you

Hello and welcome.   Merely "viewing" the album from the phone will not utilize any megabites.   That is only minutes used on the webb.   However, uploading images to the album will constitute data (mb) usage.
