I have 2 tablets and a pc that I do not synch anymore. The did until last week.
You are aware of all the other threads describing this ongoing issue, right?
Sorry to hear about the syncing issues, Datacom1. Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention today. Just to confirm, are you referring to the messaging + application?

Mobile sync works fine. Verizon has been telling folks that it’s busted for PC and won’t be working till they fix it.
It is functioning again. Uninstall and reinstall either the 1.17 (if you saved it) or the new 2.2 from the M$ store. I reloaded both a few days back and they are syncing and owrking across all platforms. Some of the older convo's did not sync, but everryhting recently is working like before....
Verizon support is not what one would call vewry helpful, trust me on that one...
