I received an email from the Verizon Messaging Team regarding the ongoing issues with the Windows 10 Message+ desktop app. For some reason, this seems like deja-vu but the clock is now ticking for sure:
"Thanks for contacting us at Verizon Messages.
We are working on a new app for Windows desktop. We would suggest you use the web app in the interim. Once the windows app is ready we will let you know. Thanks for being patient.
Alternatively, you can use message plus on Web.
· Login in with your phone number and password.
