I am using the Verizon Messege Plus app on my Note 4. I have saved conversations on my SD card. I can clearly find them by browsing my files. However, when I attempt to restore them using the app, the app will not show them in the assigned folder even though they are clearly there. I have tried moving them to a different folder, copying them to multiple folders and it app STILL will not show them. Even putting the SD card into my laptop, I can find them. What is going on?

Having your messages is truly important. Have you noticed any changes via the application or device since this happened? Have you tried doing it via on the messages plus application on the computer?
