A number does not appear on the message icon when receiving a message (Samsung 6).
What needs to be reset for a number to appear? My husband has the same phone and it
is working okay with this application.
LAWSTE55, we want that device to work properly for him. When did this issue start? Is he using the text messaging feature on the device or did he download a 3rd party text messaging application to his phone?
