Hello, dealing with Message+ issues can be frustrating, especially if this has been happening for over a year. The last thing we want is for you to switch. What recent changes have you made? Does the app have a any pending updates? Aside from the reloading problem, any other issues?
It is the same problem EVERYONE has been having. No matter what browser we are using. It keeps reloading the page. Msgs wont get sent out. Read the communities complaint and you will see. This is ridiculous that we have to keep saying the same thing over and over again for over a YEAR! Fire the engineer who build this tool cause he is an blockhead.
What do you mean by "does the app have pending updates?" How would a browser have any pending updates? With the browser, we log in each day, so I don't see how there would be any pending updates.
do you happen to have the link for this dropbox please? Thanks
https://www.dropbox.com/s/biatyb1m6egwx1t/Win10%20Message%2B%20v220.127.116.11.exe?dl=0 is the link for a copy of the old Win 10 Message+ app v18.104.22.168 .exe file.
TKDIRK1, apps update too. We want to ensure that we don't leave any stone unturned while providing troubleshooting assistance for you. To view the app version for the Message + app:
1. Please access/open the app.
2. At the top of the app in the left-hand corner, please tap the three horizontal lines.
3. Once you've completed that, please scroll down to the bottom of the app and tap "Settings."
4. You should now be able to view the Messages + app version at the very bottom.
Please share the app version with our team. - RobertC_VZW
TKDIRK1, did you still need assistance? An App is software that you can download to a mobile device for added functionality, such as games, email apps, bar code scanners and more. Depending on the device you're using, there is a difference in programs. Are you using a computer or mobile device? TaylorH_VZW
Taylor. NO APP and COMPUTER.
NONE of us that are having this issue is using the Verizon APP!!! We are NOT using a downloaded product. I don't know how many times and how many different ways we can say it. We are using the browser option. Please note - between the several of us I remember Chrome, Edge, IE, Opera, Firefox, and maybe others. We have told you how we are connecting. Using the link to the BROWSER that verizon provides. And, we are using our COMPUTERS. Not phones.
