Yes, mine went bad in July as well. Don't understand why Verizon seems to refuse to acknowledge this widespread issue.

The desktop app is still broken and the web version works poorly.

No apparent interest by Verizon to repair. I have called three different times.

WIth work, the message app has been extremely useful, but now I am at a loss and my work efficiency is down as a direct result of the Message+ desktop failure.

I did remove Message+ from a laptop I was giving to a friend so that I could remove all personal data from the laptop.  It was after that removal from this device that my main pc stopped tracking messages.

This is really hard to understand.  Windows 10 has been out for years, and Messages+ worked fine with it until a few months ago.  Does Verizon not test updates before releasing them?

One question. Why did the desktop application SUDDENLY quite working about a month ago? I have been using the desktop app on Windows 10 on multiple computers ever since Windows 10 came out. How did it suddenly become incompatible?
