I can call the numbers but I'm not getting any texts or incoming calls
I've been a customer n I'm having issues receiving my SMS. I've been told the reply message is that the number is blocked I have no number set up in blockingfor text/calls

Do you know what happens when a person tries to call/text your number? What zip code are you located in? Did you port your previous number to Verizon Wireless?
